We cannot express how nice this villa is. We stayed at Son Jazmin a few years ago and had to return. The views, the villa, the weather all make it the perfect location to relax and unwind. Heather keeps the villa in pristine fashion. Everything you need is there.
Close proximity to town, great restaurants, wonderful hiking trails all make this a place we will return to again and again.

Having read many of the reviews we expected Son Jazmin to be great but it far exceeded our expectations.
The house really is a home from home with every conceivable kitchen accessory, superbly comfortable, private, quiet and perfect for a relaxing break in Deia. The heated pool is spotlessly clean and warm with very comfortable loungers to relax in on the several patio areas.
There are numerous really good restaurants within walking distance from the house in Deia and we certainly intend to go back again for a holiday in the future.

We stayed one wonderful week in Son Jazmin. The house has a very tasteful and homely furnishing. We enjoyed the different terraces especially the beautiful lounge area. You have a breathtaking view of the sea from each terrace. The kitchen offers everything you need and also gives you a wonderful view of the sea.
We enjoyed the week a lot and will definitely visit again!

Our 4th stay at Son Jazmin took place just as travelling restrictions are coming to an end, hopefully forever. Travelling to Mallorca, with all safety measures in place pre‑, during and post our stay was well worth while and not that much of a hazzle. Much in need of a change of scenery, Son Jazmin once again delivered a perfect setting in beautiful Deia! Walking distance to the village for a great meal at Sebastian but really no need to leave the house at all, it’s all there! Nevertheless, we also managed to fit in hiking Soller-Deia, tennis at Soller Tennis Club, although lounging around the pool is really the best. The house is very well kept, the heated pool offers summer vibes in early spring and the view is stunning with endless photo opportunities for Instagram addicted teenagers.
A real gem!

We had always wanted to visit Deia, drawn by the drama of the setting with both mountains and seascapes.
2020 has been an extraordinary year for mainly negative reasons but one positive experience that casts shade on all the malaise of the year was the last minute discovery of Son Jazmin and a decision to switch our planned holiday in Portugal to Mallorca (pre-quarantine measures being put in place!) We had the most wonderful stay. The house really is a home from home with every detail so well considered — from a kitchen that has every gadget you can imagine to the highest quality sheets and pillows to an easy to use utility room meaning the post holiday washing pile isn’t an issue.
Then the setting, it just evokes jaw dropping photo opportunities at every angle. Swimming in the pool watching the yachts sail by, cooking for a supper at home with the windows wide open watching the sun set, breakfast on the terrace and waking up and gazing at the endless shades of blue merging sky and sea on the horizon through the master bedroom window. We all fell in love with Son Jazmin this summer and hope to return back to it’s warm embrace as soon as we can. The memories are worth every day of our two week quarantine now we are home, I only wish we could have stayed longer!
A big thank you for looking after us so well to Heather and Mya!

So great to be back in this marvellous spot with the stunning view and this amazing atmosphere of Deia.
The house is just perfect, the views from the spacious pool or out of the master bedroom, from the terrace in the morning or to watch the never ageing sunset while having your barbecue at the “outdoor living room“.
Hard to say what we will miss most! The house has everything you need, the service in Deia is well organised and communication is easy.
I can only recommend to spend time at this beautiful place!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Son Jazmin in mid-October when the weather was exceptionally kind to us!
Every last detail has been thought through in this beautiful villa and the position and views are just perfect. We walked into Deia every evening for dinner (and many lunchtimes too!) where you are spoilt for choice of excellent restaurants. Amongst our favourites were Es Raco d’es Teix – taste sensation in the most beautiful courtyard (worthy of their Michelin star), Hanok Korean for authentic and intense flavours, cosy atmosphere with a very personal service, Sebastians for its elegance and friendliness and Café Miro for wonderful flame lit alfresco dining. The Deia festival was on when we were there so there was a great buzz about the place and live music on the weekend evenings which added to the magic of Deia at night.
Due to visiting Deia before and exploring many other villages, we wanted to relax more this time and Son Jazmin was the perfect place to do just that. Lots of wonderful comfortable areas to sit and take in the views and a fab heated pool to laze around hoping the donkey will pay you a visit! Every room oozes style and quality and it feels extremely homely.
The Cala is only a 20 minute walk from the villa and is a lovely place for a swim and a seafood lunch. The walk down the road is certainly easier than the walk back up would be, but we used the footpath on the way back which was a lot gentler and took us to the other side of Deia which allowed us different views walking back to the villa. The village shop in the centre of the village stocks everything you could need and some very delicious wines. The aroma from their on-site bakery makes it difficult to ignore and their pastries are just divine!
Deia is a very charming and sedate village which allows a perfect relaxing holiday. It is only a short distance away from many other lovely villages & towns should you need to venture away at any stage. In our opinion it comes alive at night when it’s all lit up and all the wonderful restaurants are luring you in! Son Jazmin is the prefect villa for a stay here.
Would we return again – yes!

From the moment Mya met us and showed us round the villa we were in heaven.
The welcome pack, including a bottle of champagne, was the perfect start to our holiday.
The views from the villa are stunning and watching the sunset from the master bedroom balcony each evening was beautiful.
We’ve stayed in many villas before but Son Jazmin has by far the most comfortable beds and pillows.
We loved all the different seating areas to gaze out to sea or up to the stunning Tramuntana mountains.
We walked to all the restaurants in the evening and enjoyed fantastic meals.
The local bakery is well worth a visit for pastries and delicious fruit tarts.
Lots of fun was had in the pool, which has amazing views out to sea and comfortable loungers.
All in all, it was perfect and we hope to return very soon. Thank you Heather.

We have stayed in many overseas rentals over the years and can honestly say that Son Jazmin was by a far way the best so far! When arriving we were met by Mya who gave us a detailed walk through of the villa and also some great advise on the places to see and eat throughout our stay. The quality of the bedding, towels and appliances were just so good which is something that you don’t always get when renting homes abroad. The pool, garden and views were just something else too and so missing since returning home on Saturday.
Thanks to Heather and the team from making this one to remember, we’ll be back next year for sure!

The location is perfect, we really enjoyed the walk into Deia and it was good to feel a bit stretched on the way back after all the delicious local food.
The house felt really comfortable and we loved the beds and pillows!
Beautiful views and fantastic sunsets.
