Wonderful Villa with a stunning view over the mediterranean sea. Well equipped kitchen. Within walking distance to Deia but nice and quiet. Definitely one of the nicest places to stay on the island….

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Son Jazmin, and have already made plans to return. It is a beautiful house, perching high above the sea, with elegant terraces and stunning views. The verdant landscape stretches out behind the pool, so that you feel immersed in nature. At the same time, Deia is a short walk away, as is the very special cove  — Cala Deia — below.

Inside, everything has been perfectly chosen to create a cosy environment; it really feels like a home.

From booking to departure, we were supported by the owner, Heather, and Mya on the ground, both of whom were easy to contact if we had any questions.

I will now be counting the days until our next visit!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and we loved all of the outside areas with the beautiful scenery. We walked to town multiple times for dinner, etc. Deia is so charming and beautiful.

It was an amazing week.

An exceptional place to truly disconnect and unwind-surrounded by peaceful nature, breathtaking views, and complete privacy. The house is beautifully designed and set along one of the most stunning coastlines imaginable.

Son Jazmin fully lives up to its promise.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific place to spend a week in October, catching the last of the Mallorca summer sunshine. We wanted somewhere private and secluded, yet also within a short distance to the village of Deià. We wanted to be tucked away in the mountains but still enjoy amazing sea views. We wanted a salt water pool but also wanted it heated just in case the weather turned. We wanted a place where we could choose to stay in for dinner without feeling like we’d missed out on a special evening. Ultimately, we were looking for a place that felt like our home away from home — somewhere that someone had taken the time for attention to the smallest of details — from the well stocked kitchen and choice of quality crockery to the freshest bed linen and generous sized towels for the sun loungers.

Within moments of arriving at Son Jazmin, it was clear that Heather and Terry had ticked every single box for us. The property is tasteful, pristine and immaculately presented. Mya’s arrival instructions were extremely helpful and the welcome pack of food contained delicious local produce.

With only a one-week stay, each day was a dilemma between exploring that beautiful northwest part of the island or letting time slow down while relaxing in the luxury of the villa. Our week was simply exquisite but it passed all too quickly. Our solution was to book a 2‑week stay next October and we cannot wait to return!

We stayed at Son Jazmin at the end of August through to 6th September and from the initial contact and booking, right through to departure, everything went super smooth. Heather was very quick to respond to any queries I raised ahead of our stay and then checked in with us during our stay as well, just to make sure that we had no issues. Given how well the booking process and communication was, I knew that our stay at Son Jazmin would be thoroughly enjoyable and I wasn’t disappointed. The location was amazing and we enjoyed our strolls to & from the village and the villa itself is an absolute dream. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will certainly be back!! Huge thanks to Heather & Terry for letting us use their beautiful home.

My family had an amazing week at Son Jazmin! We were 5 adults(my husband, sister, and parents) and our 2‑month old daughter. The bedrooms are comfortable with AC and have great closet space to unpack. We also enjoyed the many seating areas inside and outside of the home. The pool was the perfect temperature and the lounge chairs were great, we honestly never wanted to leave the house! The location is amazing with an ocean view but still easily walkable on a nice sidewalk into Deià to eat at the many restaurants- we loved Nama. We also bought groceries at the two supermarkets in town and were able to cook at the house in the lovely kitchen that had everything we needed. We visited the nearby towns of Valdemossa and Soller, both 20min away by car, and did a longer trip to Formentor for the beautiful sandy beach and views of the coast. Llum I Sal at the four seasons was great for lunch, too. Overall we had a nice relaxing trip and would love to come back and stay at Son Jazmin again, it’s definitely one of our favorite homes we’ve rented and couldn’t ask for anything more!

After a great deal of internet searching trying to find the ideal villa for our family holiday for six adults we decided on Son Jazmin. I’m so glad we did. Booking was very easy with excellent communication from start to finish.

Heather and Terry have created a beautiful home from home and the attention to detail everywhere was apparent on arrival. The villa is absolutely stunning and in such a peaceful location. The villa has everything you could possibly need and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with high end appliances throughout. Total luxury! The pool is spotless and perfect temperature and there are plenty of places to sit and relax taking in those incredible views. In fact everything was just perfect.

It’s only a 10 minute walk into the beautiful village of Deia which has plenty of amazing restaurants and 2 well stocked grocery stores. We didn’t hire a car as there is a regular local bus service and a good taxi service which you can contact via phone or WhatsApp.

Mya was extremely helpful and friendly.  She contacted us prior to our flight and ensured our check-in was perfect. She was there to greet us on arrival and was easily contactable during our stay.

Son Jazmin delivered the perfect family holiday and we hope to return very soon.

Thank you to Heather Terry and their team for making this a family holiday to remember.

We have stayed in several rentals over the years and this one by far has been one of the nicest. The house itself was so nice but it’s all the little touches. It was so well stocked and had all the nicest furnishings and equipment. All top of the line equipment and everything seemed new! The kettle, the toaster, the oven, the sun loungers — just everything. Everything is very well looked after and I have never stayed in a nicer cleaner villa! Beds were SUPER comfy. The pool was just right and the temperature was perfect! Heather and Mya are very kind and responsive. I don’t feel I need to say much about the location because just look at the pictures. But SO much better in person of course! That view and eating on the terrace every night watching the sun go down was heaven on earth.

Truly incredible place to stay!

We’ve stayed in many different homes across Mallorca, but in recent years we find ourselves coming back to Son Jazmin. There’s something truly special about the place.

The views are absolutely stunning — even better than the photos — and there’s plenty of comfortable seating to sit back, relax, and take them all in. The house is beautifully maintained and it’s cared for with great attention to detail.

The location is ideal as well: tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the heart of Deià. It’s the perfect base for exploring the area, but also peaceful enough to just stay in and unwind.

Heather and the house management are super responsive and easy to deal with too, which makes booking the house a very stress free experience.
