(please bring your favourite pods!)
French doors open to outside dining patio and there are dual aspect windows with views to the sea from the island unit and hob.
Separate utility room with Miele washing machine & dryer. Cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin, cloaks cupboard with a safe.
Bedrooms
The air conditioned master bedroom is triple aspect with two sets of French doors opening to reveal views of the sea from the comfort of the super king four poster bed. There is a separate wardrobe area giving access to the en-suite bathroom.
White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen, down duvets and pillows, comfortable beds with mattress toppers, White Company fluffy white towels...just some of the treats you will enjoy at Son Jazmin.
The luxury master bathroom has been completely refurbished with high quality Porcelanosa fittings, bath with hand shower, walk in wet room rain shower and beautiful natural travertine tiling.
There are two further air-conditioned bedrooms, a double with super king bed and a twin with the option of being a super king, they share the second luxury bathroom, also completely refurbished, with walk in wet room rain shower, travertine tiling and porcelanosa fittings. Accessed from the landing of the Master Suite you will find a large private terrace with truly stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Furnished with outdoor sofa, armchairs and coffee table, it's perfect for enjoying pre dinner drinks with arguably the best sunset views in Deia!
Outside
Remote controlled gates open to the driveway
leading to a large garage and parking for a second car. The gates and
driveway are monitored by camera for security reasons.
Steps lead up to the first floor entrance with four sets of French doors
from the lounge, dining area and kitchen opening onto extensive
terracotta patios furnished for relaxing and ‘al fresco’ dining, all
with stunning sea and mountain views. Above the outdoor dining table
there is a retractable awning to give shade when needed. There is also a comfortable, cool undercover seating area and Barbecue.
Steps lead up to a further patio area and the 30’ swimming pool with a
sophisticated salt purification system, which is far gentler to your
skin, hair, eyes and swimsuit and provides an experience that's more
like swimming in a lake than a chlorinated pool. The pool is heated from
April through to the beginning of November and is surrounded by
flowerbeds and sun bathing areas with teak sun loungers, sun shades and
outdoor table and chairs with retractable awning above. The views from
here of the coastline, sea and mountains are simply spectacular.
